When do frozen orders ship?
Normally Monday through Wednesday. We avoid sending frozen food into a carrier weekend.
Do you use dry ice?
No. We use water-activated gel ice packs frozen solid before packing.
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses, or PO boxes.
