Shipping supplies

The coolers and gel packs we pack our own boxes with. Same pallet, same supplier, same part numbers — we're not sourcing a separate “retail” version for the store.

Buy them if you ship frozen goods yourself, or if you just want spares in the freezer. Supplies go out ground at room temperature in 1–5 business days: there's nothing inside to keep cold, so the Monday–Wednesday frozen schedule doesn't apply here. Gel packs arrive unfrozen — lay them flat in your freezer for 24 hours before you pack.
