How we ship it
- Ground, at room temperature — there is nothing inside to keep cold.
- Gel packs arrive unfrozen. Lay them flat in your freezer for 24 hours before you pack.
- Same coolers and gel packs we use for our own boxes — one supplier, one part number.

How it ships. Supplies go out ground at room temperature, 1–5 business days depending on your state. No gel ice inside, nothing to thaw — so the money-back thaw guarantee covers our food boxes, not this. If it shows up crushed by the carrier, tell us and we send another one.
