We've been shipping frozen groceries on marketplaces for years. Still Frozen is that operation with its own front door and its own promise, spelled out instead of buried in a policy page.

What we actually are

We're not a grocery store and we're not a brand. We're an independent shipping service. We buy the real thing at retail, pack it with our own gel ice, and ship it to any of the 48 states. All trademarks belong to their respective owners; we're not affiliated with them.
