Order by Monday, November 23, 2026, 2 PM ET. It ships that day and arrives Wednesday, November 25, before Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26 — carriers do not deliver on Thanksgiving. Where the carrier reaches your ZIP in 1 day, you can order until Tuesday, November 24, 2 PM ET.

When should I order frozen food to arrive before Christmas Day?

Order by Tuesday, December 22, 2026, 2 PM ET. It ships that day and arrives Thursday, December 24, before Christmas Day on Friday, December 25 — carriers do not deliver on Christmas Day. Where the carrier reaches your ZIP in 1 day, you can order until Wednesday, December 23, 2 PM ET.

When should I order frozen food to arrive before New Year’s Day?

Order by Tuesday, December 29, 2026, 2 PM ET. It ships that day and arrives Thursday, December 31, before New Year’s Day on Friday, January 1 — carriers do not deliver on New Year’s Day. Where the carrier reaches your ZIP in 1 day, you can order until Wednesday, December 30, 2 PM ET.

Do you ship frozen food during holiday weeks?

Yes. Frozen orders ship Monday to Wednesday as usual — Thursday too where the carrier delivers to your ZIP in 1 day — but never on a day when the box would be in transit or arrive on a carrier holiday. Such an order waits for the next ship day. We never ship frozen food Friday through Sunday.

Can I send frozen food as a holiday gift?

What if a holiday delay thaws my box?

Tell us as soon as you open the box, and no later than within 24 hours after the carrier records delivery. We answer every question, claim and request within 24 hours. How claims are reviewed: our guarantee.
