Can I ship to a different address?

Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient’s name and address as the shipping address. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and DC.

When should I order?

Frozen orders ship Monday through Wednesday for a 2-business-day trip — same day if you order by 2 PM ET. An order placed later in the week usually ships the next Monday.

Who gets the order emails?

You do. You pay and receive the order and shipping emails; the box goes to the address you enter. Let them know a box is coming so they can bring it inside on delivery day.

What if it arrives thawed?

Either of you can tell us as soon as the box is opened, and no later than within 24 hours after the carrier records delivery. We answer every question, claim and request within 24 hours; any refund goes to your original payment method. Money back when it’s our fault — conditions apply.

Can I send boxes to several people?

Each order ships to one address. For 10 or more recipients, send a business request and we will plan it with you.
